Emergency Roadside Assistance is included with every one of our Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. If your vehicle breaks down you will be reimbursed for reasonable towing and have 24/7/365 access for jump starts, flat tire changes, fluid delivery, and lockouts. Towing is also included with every Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase.

MULTI-POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION


Carolina Auto Direct’s Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must meet strict requirements in regard to their condition. Each of Carolina Auto Direct’s Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are put through a comprehensive Multi-point Vehicle Inspection.

VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT


Every Carolina Auto Direct Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a vehicle history report. Vehicle history reports include information on accidents, odometer roll-back, lemon vehicles, flood damage, branded titles and much more.

TRIP INTERRUPTION


For the first year you own your warrantied vehicle, you will be covered in the event you breakdown during travel for expenses such as airline tickets, hotels, and meals. Please see the limited warranty for full details.
