HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES

Ram's 3500 dually is already the heavy hitter of the pickup world, and this Tradesman has been built into something far more serious than its work-truck badge suggests. The headliner is a ProCharger D-1SC supercharger, fed by an intercooler peeking out from behind the grille, and it turns a capable hauler into one with a genuine sense of urgency. Twenty-inch Luxxx HD chrome dually wheels and BFGoodrich KO2s give it the stance to match, while a UWS crossover tool box, a Cobra CB and a 400-watt pure sine inverter make it as useful on the jobsite as it is eye-catching in the parking lot. Add a factory sheet with Uconnect 5 navigation, the Chrome Appearance Group, an electronic shift-on-the-fly transfer case and a trailer brake controller, and you have a working truck with more than $17,500 of personality bolted on.

Selected Trade-In: Experience the unique appeal and dependable performance of this carefully chosen, Carolina Auto Direct pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle offers a transparent history and added peace of mind.

Chris my brother from another mother!!! What an absolute pleasure from buying a vehicle from Carolina Auto Direct. I spoke to Chris on the phone a week prior to coming from out of state and told him exactly what I was looking for. The lines of communication leading up to “purchase day”. were spot on. Any question I had and if he did not know the answer ( which was few and far in between) he called me or text me the information immediately once he found out. The deal could not have gone any smoother. Gone are the days of spending all day at a dealership working a deal and wasting everyone’s time. Carolina Auto Direct got me in and out within 20 minutes of signing all paperwork. Rachel the finance gal was also dialed in. I would highly recommend buying your next car from CAD! Treated with respect and no pushy sales just open and honest communication which I appreciate. Thanks for taking care of my family.

Noah was fantastic to work with and really made up for the first salesperson we had. I’m not sure what his name was, but he was just very unprofessional, not very helpful with questions, and too aggressive with his approach. Noah on the other hand was professional, confident but not cocky, and knowledgeable about the entire process. He got us out of there so quickly and with the best rate he could get us. Very satisfied with our experience with him!!

Nothing but great things to say about Carolina Direct! First time we went there (me and my wife). We found a car we loved so did a simple finance app, and they responded very quickly..The guys in the service department are very honest and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend these guys! Traded my diesel Sierra in here for a 25 hellcat Durango. Absolutely love the new ride! Chris was amazing to deal with from start to finish. He went above and beyond to work with me and make the deal happen. I can not say enough nice things about him and his Team. Also Scott was such a great guy who truly cares and made sure I understood all of the aspects of the deal and made sure I was taken care of. Most people hate going to car dealers because it feels like you’re being tricked or pushed into something. This place feels like down to earth genuine people who actually love cars and take care of their customers because they do actually care. I’m 4 hours away distance wise and I will absolutely be back here for another car in the future so that should tell you something. Thanks Guys!

I recently purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack from this dealership, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were transparent throughout the purchase. The car was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained and in great condition. I’m extremely happy with my Scat Pack and couldn’t be more excited about my purchase. I appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an easy buying experience. Thank you for helping me drive away in my dream car!

This review is overdue! Last Christmas I searched for a Tesla model Y white interior and white exterior. I found this car dealership and spoke with Chris through texting. He was so kind, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I live in New Hampshire and flew to this car dealership, purchased the car and drove all the way home in 16 hours straight. I did this because of the service I was getting from this car dealership and especially from Chris. The car has run absolutely wonderful with no problems whatsoever. FYI, they will register the car for you and send you the plates. It’ll take some time but trust me you’ll get the plates!

These folks are fantastic. Go see Austin. He took care of everything, was fantastic about follow up, follow thru, texting- anything he needed to do to get the deal done. The Sales manager and Finance Managers were amazing. Just a great team of people. EXCELLENT service!!!! I am so excited about my new jeep. Thanks Austin

Really smooth and painless experience, buying from Chris at Carolina Auto Direct. I had a particular vehicle with specific configurations I was looking for. Finding it in another state, made us uneasy but this was the right vehicle for our family and the price was extremely fair without the need to haggle over line items in the purchase agreement. It was apparent, Chris and team have mastered the art of out of state purchasing and shipping. Everything was so punctual and thorough, we were made to feel at ease. Chris communicated with me throughout, using my preferred methods. Our vehicle was shipped to our door within a couple of days and we couldn’t be happier. Four months after delivery and we’re still really grateful for Chris and CAD, and the vehicle that meets our needs, perfectly. This was exactly what an “online” car purchase should be! For any future vehicle needs, Carolina Auto Direct will be my first choice.

Chris the salesmen went above and beyond. One of the cars I was looking at sold and he not only found me another but a better one! Very straightforward and an easy transaction. I would buy another 10 cars from here. If your interested in a car on their lot do not hesitate.. very fair pricing and people that care to get you in your dream car or on the road. Ask for Chris! He will take great care of you.
