Important Policy Information
- This deposit is made to secure the vehicle and confirm the purchaser's intent to proceed with the transaction.
- By submitting this deposit, the purchaser agrees to complete and finalize the transaction within 7 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Carolina Auto Direct.
- Once the offer has been accepted and the deposit has been received, the deposit is non-refundable if the purchaser cancels, withdraws, delays beyond the agreed timeframe, or otherwise fails to complete the transaction.
- Once a deposit is received, the vehicle may be removed from active availability and other buyers may be turned away.
- Submission of payment constitutes the purchaser's acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
Please Note: This deposit is intended to hold the vehicle off the market. Because Carolina Auto Direct may stop marketing the vehicle and decline other opportunities once a deposit is received, the deposit is not refundable if the purchaser decides not to proceed after the offer has been accepted.
