Chris the salesmen went above and beyond. One of the cars I was looking at sold and he not only found me another but a better one! Very straightforward and an easy transaction. First time working with Carolina Auto Direct and it went perfectly! Chris was very quick to answer any questions I had before and after the sale. Rachel handled the financing without any problems. Purchased a 2026 transit sight unseen and had it shipped to Florida. Had 2 other deals fall through with other dealers because of bait and switch sales tactics. Straight forward with Carolina Auto Direct, would highly recommend them and if I’m ever in the market again they will be my first call!
