Hi Steve,


Just wanted to let you know the Corvette arrived Monday.  I managed to keep it a secret from Ken.  The day Rafik brought it I asked him to take an exit that was less than a mile from Ken's work.  I called Ken and picked him up for lunch.  As we're driving down the road  we see the truck up ahead and Rafik had just unloaded the Corvette.  Ken joked and said "Hey look, they brought your car."  We have joked about that a lot in the past year as I looked for the right car. Imagine his surprise when I pulled over behind it. 

This weekend we have to rearrange the workbenches and motorcycles in the garage, because THAT car is not living outside - he says. Thank you for helping make this happen.  And that lady, whose name I have again forgotten, that met Rafik on Sunday morning.  I wish I could thank you both in person.

We just wanted to send you this "thank you" for the wonderful and easy transaction purchasing our "new" 2005 Hyundai XG350 from Carolina Auto in July.  Although we had misgivings about buying a car sight unseen 1600 miles from our home, you made it as painless as possible.  Most of all, you gave an honest description of the car and many excellent photographs on your website.  Very few internet sellers had photos that compared with what you provide.  The paperwork was quick and easy too.  I really appreciated having a ride from the airport in Charlotte and having the car ready to go as I needed to get on the road for the long drive to South Dakota as soon as possible.

We are so thrilled with the car.  My wife has really fallen in love with it.  I was also delighted to get up to 29 MPG.  It drives flawlessly.  We couldn't find an XG350 in South Dakota or the region but the car purchased from you is perfect and well worth the trip to North Carolina.

It is great to know we can still do business, in this day and age, with trustworthy people.  Carolina Auto Direct, you are wonderful to do business with.  You can be sure we will be bragging not only about our new Hyundai but about Carolina Auto.  Thanks again and best wishes.

I just wanted to let you know the Tucson did great on the ride home!  It took us a long time to find a car (in her budget) and ours, so thanks for an easy sale.

I'd like to post a positive review of my experience at Carolina Auto Direct.  Over our two month search, we dealt with several internet-based possibilities.  Responses ranged from  the unhelpful (selling a car out from under our autofinder service) to the bizarre dealer in Kentucky who told me he "didn't care to look up" basic info on a car.

It was a relief to deal with straightforward people!

I wanted to share my experience directly with you.  On 3/18 I received an email alert from cars.com about a 2004 Isuzu you had for sale.  I ran a CarFax report and called your business.  Steve Lawson answered and walked around the vehicle as he described it to me.  You had just received it and didn't have photos online yet.  Steve took several photos on his phone and sent to me.  I called with additional questions and asked him to send me "out the door" pricing info.  This info was quickly sent and I made arrangements to pay for the vehicle.

By that night, I had booked a flight to Charlotte and Steve told me I would be picked up at the airport.  I arrived in Charlotte 3/23 and James called my cell as I was walking off the plane.  He was in the vehicle I purchased outside of baggage claim.  It took about 20 minutes after arrival at your business for Janet to get me through the paper work as Steve filled the gas tank.

I arrived in San Antonio this morning and am very happy with the vehicle.  If anything, it is better than described and expected.  As a retired mechanic, service manager, factory rep, and general manager in the heavy duty truck industry, I was impressed with the honest and professional manner of all I came in contact with.

Please pass on my appreciation to your employees and I will call next time I need a vehicle.

I have found my auto repair and used car connection in North Carolina


 

 

 

I first found you when my 2006 Ford F-150 was acting up.  I had just been to Mooresville Ford where they soaked me for over $2600 in unnecessary repairs.  My truck began to run poorly and you found that they did not properly screw two of the spark plugs all the way in.  You diagnosed and fixed it in a matter of minutes, right on the spot and at a fair price. 

You then did some work on my wife's Buick Enclave.  Randy Marion wanted to perform unnecessary maintenance first, before they addressed the problem.  You fixed the car again, right on the spot and at a fair price.  We also needed tires and you were the most affordable by far.

We have since purchased a used Ford Ranger and a used Chevy Trailblazer from you.  The price was right, the cars were spotless, and they have run perfectly.  The Ranger did need a replacement belt and you did the job.  You charged me for the belt at cost and did not charge labor.

I can't thank you enough for the sales and service of our vehicles.  I would and have recommended you highly to all of my friends.
